Key Duties:

  • Management of Warehouse, Logistics & Planning and Tech Support and Customer Services,
  • Meeting agreed KPIs for each Department
  • Monthly Reporting on Operational metrics
  • Performance reviews, goal setting for direct reports
  • Inventory Management, planning, stock-takes to corporate standards
  • Management of the Demo/Trial stock area to support sales
  • Site Management including building lease, contractors etc
  • Expenses management and budget preparation for operational cost centres
  • ICT – liaison with Regional Lead for Operational issues/Dashboards, Local SharePoint/ERP
  • Instilling and embodying the Permobil Japan Vision and Culture

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience operational management
  • Experience in working with Sales teams
  • Relevant degree or diploma
